Balak twin-wire panels are designed and manufactured according to a clear principle: construct first, then protect. With over 40 years of experience in surface treatment, we know that this sequence guarantees the highest quality and durability.
That’s why every Balak panel starts with untreated steel wires which are precisely straightened and chamfered at the ends for maximum safety and a refined appearance. By welding the untreated wires, we avoid compromises in weld strength. This all results in a strong and perfectly straight panel that forms the basis of all our fences.
Only after welding does the panel receive its surface treatment. Depending on the chosen finish, the panel becomes a Balak Premium panel or Balak Deco panel. In both cases, the entire panel—including all weld points and wire ends—is treated
